**Job title** Field and Channel Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Lead and execute field and channel marketing initiatives in France and the Benelux region to generate qualified pipeline for a B2B cybersecurity company. Manage end‑to‑end marketing programs—events, webinars, localized content, and joint partner campaigns—while aligning with sales, channel, and ABM strategies. Deliver measurable ROI through performance analysis and continuous optimization. **Expactations** - Generate high‑quality demand and pipeline that supports regional sales targets. - Collaborate closely with sales, channel, and digital marketing teams to integrate field activities into ABM campaigns. - Drive campaign success through data‑driven decisions and detailed post‑event performance tracking. - Manage regional marketing budget and vendor relationships. - Maintain consistent, localized brand messaging across all channels. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, execute, and manage the full lifecycle of regional field marketing programs (seminars, trade shows, conferences, webinars, local content initiatives, industry association events). - Coordinate contracts, logistics, and travel for in‑person events; develop promotional campaigns to drive attendance. - Design and implement virtual or on‑site activities and conduct post‑event follow‑up and performance evaluation. - Initiate joint marketing initiatives with channel partners to generate demand in partner markets. - Ensure ABM alignment by targeting qualified accounts and delivering multi‑touch, integrated campaigns (email, executive experiences, direct mail). - Oversee budget planning, purchasing, payment processing, and resource provisioning for all regional programs. - Research and evaluate key industry events, identify opportunities for speaking engagements and calls for papers. **Required Skills** - 2–3 years of field marketing experience in B2B, ideally within cybersecurity or technology sectors. - Demonstrated success managing multi‑channel campaigns, events, and partner programs. - Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, compelling content for varied audiences. - Project management expertise with the ability to run multiple campaigns concurrently while meeting deadlines. - Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Zoom and quick learning of new marketing tools. - Native proficiency in French (written & spoken) and full professional fluency in English (written & spoken). - Willingness to travel (>50 % of time). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - No specific certifications required.
