**Job Title:** Core Software Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and ship production-level features that directly impact revenue, retention, or product velocity. Own end-to-end feature lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, in a fast-paced, AI‑native environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and build core APIs, data models, and integrations using Ruby, Python, TypeScript, or React/TypeScript.
- Create clean abstractions in ambiguous contexts, evolving systems into scalable, AI‑native platforms.
- Write comprehensive tests, ensure reliability, and maintain high code quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define feature requirements and prioritize high‑impact work.
- Participate in code reviews, continuous integration pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production incidents, and implement improvements.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in at least one modern stack (Ruby, Python, TypeScript, React).
- Strong API design, data modeling, and system architecture experience.
- Expertise in testing frameworks, CI/CD, and source control.
- Ability to trade off velocity against durability in fast‑moving environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving, ambiguity management, and prioritization.
- Clear, concise communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM workflows or automation tools is a plus.
- Full‑stack experience preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, etc.) are welcome but not mandatory.
