Expectations: • 4‑month internship, full‑time dual‑first‑year/second‑year engineering or Master’s level study in Computer Science or Software Development. • Proven academic performance and active participation in software projects or labs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Gather and analyze requirements from test engineers regarding report content, format, and functionality. 2. Design application architecture, database schema, APIs, and user interface. 3. Develop the application using chosen programming language and frameworks. 4. Build data ingestion modules to import CSV files and database records from engineering test systems. 5. Implement algorithms to automatically generate reports in predefined templates. 6. Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality. 7. Create comprehensive technical documentation covering architecture, code, and user guidelines. Required Skills: - Proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, or C#. - Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases. - Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). - Familiarity with version control using Git. - (Optional) Data analysis libraries: Pandas, NumPy. Job Title Machine Learning Automation Engineer – Simulation Role Summary Develop AI-driven surrogate models to approximate costly physical vehicle simulations, enabling faster, data‑driven decision making within the reliability and durability function. Expectations - Internship (4‑6 months) under the Reliability/Durability department. - Deliver ready‑to‑use predictive models and comparative reports that inform simulation studies. Key Responsibilities 1. Integrate existing simulation outputs to create training datasets. 2. Provide an interface for users to specify target variables and explanatory features. 3. Design, train, and validate multiple predictive models suited to different data contexts and user requirements. 4. Produce comparative reports detailing accuracy, robustness, and limitations of each model to guide model selection. 5. Implement an auto‑iterative loop that automatically refines model performance and robustness. 6. Visualise results and present metrics and recommendations to support decision making. Required Skills - Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn). - Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) preferred. - Strong data manipulation and model validation expertise. - Analytical rigor, initiative, and collaborative teamwork. - (Optional) Knowledge of vehicle simulation tools such as GT‑Suite or Simulink.
