Job Description: Job Title: Salesforce Lead, Service Cloud Role Summary: Lead end-to-end governance and technical oversight of the Service Cloud platform, steering full SDLC for complex Service Cloud initiatives. Act as the subject‑matter expert, driving best practices, integration strategy, and delivering high‑quality solutions with external partners and internal stakeholders. Expectations: - Own Service Cloud strategy, architecture, and delivery in a fast‑growing enterprise. - Manage, mentor, and collaborate with Salesforce Admins, developers, and external partners. - Lead large‑scope projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and support Service Cloud (Lightning, Voice, Field Service Lightning) throughout SDLC. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications with robust documentation. - Serve as authority on Service Cloud best practices, optimizing data models, processes, and integrations. - Manage external Salesforce Partners to deliver large, complex projects on time and within scope. - Provide expert escalation support and resolve development/integration issues. - Mentor Salesforce Administrators and contribute to technical standards and documentation. Required Skills: - 5+ years Salesforce experience in large, complex, fast‑growing enterprise. - Expert Apex, SOQL, SOSL development skills. - Deep hands‑on experience with Service Cloud; Sales Cloud required, Marketing Cloud a plus. - Proficient in Salesforce integration (middleware, APIs). - Strong organizational and project management abilities; flexible reprioritization. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and calm under pressure. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Technical Engineering or related field. - Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant).
