**Job Title:** Vice President Financial Planning & Analysis **Role Summary:** Senior executive responsible for leading all financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis initiatives to drive strategic growth and operational excellence. Provides actionable financial insights, supports executive decision‑making, and aligns financial strategy with organizational objectives. **Expectations:** - 10+ years progressive FP&A experience, with proven senior leadership in multi‑site or healthcare organizations. - Expertise in advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics. - Strong executive presentation skills and ability to influence board‑level decisions. - Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing FP&A team. - Capacity to travel to a central office at least once per month for leadership meetings. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Oversee annual budgeting, multi‑year forecasting, long‑range planning, and cash‑flow strategy. 2. Build and maintain robust financial models; analyze trends and recommend strategic actions. 3. Deliver KPI dashboards and financial insights to senior leadership and the board. 4. Align financial plans with business strategy through cross‑functional collaboration. 5. Lead due diligence, investment analysis, and ROI modeling for M&A opportunities. 6.
