Senior Coordinator, Key Accounts
**Role Summary**
Provide comprehensive administrative, project‑management, and data‑analysis support to the Key Accounts team for Sephora’s North America retail partners. Coordinate timelines, documentation, SKU setup, promotional activities, and digital asset delivery while maintaining strong cross‑functional relationships.
**Expectations**
- Deliver accurate, on‑time support for all Key Accounts activities.
- Maintain organized, up‑to‑date records of launch timelines, assortments, promotions, and retailer data.
- Proactively manage deadlines in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Utilize AI–powered tools for research, reporting, and process improvement.
- Travel as required for in‑store visits and partner meetings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate launch, update, and event schedules for North America retailers.
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and milestone tracking for launches, assortment changes, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update key documents: product collages, side‑by‑side sheets, promotional trackers, SKU add/delete trackers.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to complete and submit new SKU setups according to retailer processes.
- Maintain accurate SKU data, pricing, and price‑increase implementation.
- Build and maintain seasonal, temporary, and promotional assortments and corresponding data.
- Track launch performance (sales, digital, store exposure) and perform sales analysis for core, new launches, limited editions, and merchandising productivity.
- Plan and manage promotional activities including assortment, pricing, chargebacks, and education materials.
- Develop and nurture relationships with retailer partners and internal teams.
- Liaise with retailer merchandise coordinators for comp needs, gratis, social and digital assets.
- Project‑manage asset and copy requests for retailer.com, manage PDP SKU information, copy, and asset submissions.
- Conduct PDP sweeps and coordinate with trade marketing for updates.
- Manage retailer comp and gratis processes (requests, orders, shipments, stock).
- Conduct in‑store visits during key launch, update, and event periods.
- Monitor retailer websites and social channels for competitive insights and trend identification.
- Perform competitive research on market activity.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and notes.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
**Required Skills**
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in project and calendar management (e.g., Outlook, Teams, project tools).
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Advanced Excel or equivalent data‑analysis competence.
- Experience with SKU/assortment management and trade‑marketing processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build cross‑functional and retailer relationships.
- Familiarity with AI‑powered tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Replit, Sora, etc.) and willingness to innovate; Vibe coding experience a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably with Sephora or a similar retailer.
- No additional certifications required, but knowledge of beauty retail operations is essential.
