Job title: Product Marketing & Content Manager Role Summary: Own and execute product‑centric content strategy, creating and disseminating aligned messaging across digital and sales channels to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for SaaS healthcare solutions. Expactations: Deliver clear, value‑focused product positioning and storytelling that differentiates the offering, supports launch initiatives, and sustains marketing performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and refine product messaging and positioning. - Create high‑impact content (website, blog, email, social media, sales collateral). - Support product launches and campaign assets with compelling copy and visuals. - Translate product features and customer success stories into marketing narratives. - Manage content calendar, publish schedules, and brand consistency. - Coordinate with design, external vendors, and cross‑functional teams (Product, Sales, Design). - Analyze customer insights, competitive trends, and engagement data to inform content strategy. - Optimize SEO, keyword strategy, and website content updates. - Monitor and report on social media performance and adjust tactics. Required Skills: - 3+ years in content marketing or demand‑generation for SaaS/technology. - Strong writing, editing, and storytelling with meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency in social media management, content publishing tools, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred). - Ability to link product features to customer outcomes. - Excellent project management, multitasking, and deadline adherence in fast‑paced environments. - Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or HubSpot/SEO tools are a plus.
