Job title: Sales Intern Role Summary: Support the sales team of a contemporary art gallery by performing administrative tasks, maintaining gallery spaces, coordinating event preparation, and conducting research to facilitate daily operations and exhibitions. Expectations: 3‑month internship starting the week of 17 March 2026; work 10 am‑6 pm Tuesday‑Saturday with additional hours for openings and events; immediate start required; eligible to work in the UK. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare mailings, printouts, and image catalogs for sales and marketing. - Maintain and update the sales database and reference materials. - Organise and refresh viewing rooms, fact‑sheets, and exhibition catalogs. - Manage office supply inventory and ensure tidy gallery and office areas. - Assist with event setup, opening receptions, and general support during exhibitions. - Conduct research projects as requested by the sales team. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. - Excellent organisational and time‑management skills. - Responsible and proactive with detail orientation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database handling. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Interest or background in contemporary art, culture, or the creative sector.
