Job Description
Job Title: Cyber Security Consultant (M/F) Role Summary Provide expert consulting on cyber‑security, IT risk, and regulatory compliance for leading financial institutions, ensuring adherence to frameworks such as DORA, NIS2, and other emerging mandates. Lead policy deployment, project management, and client training initiatives while delivering actionable insights and dashboards. Expectations - Senior consultant with 4–7 years of consulting experience in banking and/or insurance. - Engineering or equivalent technical background. - Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering complex security engagements. - Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and professional English. Key Responsibilities - Conduct cyber‑security, IT risk, and IT compliance assessments for high‑profile financial clients. - Drive regulatory alignment projects, developing and implementing security policies for frameworks such as DORA and NIS2. - Manage cyber‑security projects: define scope, set timelines, report progress, chair steering committees, and monitor KPIs. - Produce and maintain dashboards and regulatory monitoring tools to track compliance status. - Develop and deliver awareness and training programs to client personnel on cyber‑security and IT risk best practices. Required Skills - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective stakeholder management and presentation skills. - Self‑stated mastery of professional English. - Ability to work independently, propose solutions, and influence client decisions. Required Education & Certifications - Engineering degree (or equivalent) with a focus on IT, information security, or related fields. - Minimum 4–7 years of consulting experience in the financial services sector. - (Optional, but advantageous) Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
