**Job Title** Group Business Manager **Role Summary** Provide executive‑level support to the Group CEO, ensuring effective project management, reporting, and alignment of strategic priorities across the enterprise. Own day‑to‑day oversight of Technology and People & Culture functions, drive accountability for key initiatives, and facilitate clear, timely communication of performance metrics and critical information within the senior leadership and board structure. **Expectations** - Contribute to the achievement of the Group’s 50‑30‑15 growth targets (turnover £50 m, margin 15% by 2030). - Maintain executive agility by proactively managing and delivering on CEO‑led actions and strategic initiatives. - Uphold high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professional judgment in handling sensitive information. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Leadership Team Effectiveness** – - Translate CEO engagement outcomes into actionable plans. - Coordinate and monitor delivery of senior leadership objectives. 2. **Project Management** – - Own project lifecycle for key initiatives, setting clear milestones, assigning owners, tracking progress, and ensuring on‑time completion. - Maintain dashboards and status reports for leadership and board meetings. 3. **Internal Communications & Administrative Support** – - Arrange, drive, and document board and senior leadership meetings. - Disseminate complex information across business units, ensuring clarity and consistency. - Manage executive calendars, critical appointments, and travel logistics. **Required Skills** - Advanced commercial acumen: financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and interpretation of P&L data. - Proven executive‑level administrative support with discretion and high‑level planning. - Strong project management expertise, including stakeholder engagement and accountability. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to simplify complex, sensitive material. - Strategic thinker with analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. - Exceptional organisational and coordination abilities. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related discipline (MBA or equivalent a plus). - Relevant project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred. ---
