Job Description

**Job Title** Business Analyst – 12‑Month Fixed Term **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end analysis for system enhancements, translating business needs into clear, testable requirements, and supporting the delivery, testing, and adoption of new tools across retail and commercial functions. **Expectations** - Deliver precise, actionable requirements to enable efficient development and launch. - Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams. - Maintain structured project documentation and ensure alignment with business goals. - Support UAT, issue resolution, and post‑go‑live adoption. **Key Responsibilities** - Define system requirements and document success criteria. - Write user stories, test scenarios, and success metrics. - Facilitate UAT, manage test cases, and track defects to resolution. - Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify needs and business impact. - Support rollout of new tools and process changes, ensuring smooth transition for teams. - Keep project documentation current and accessible. **Required Skills** - Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT support. - Ability to produce clear user stories and test scripts. - Excellent stakeholder communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and follow‑through capability. - Familiarity with ERP or cross‑functional system projects and retail/supply‑chain systems. - Experience using Jira, Smartsheet, or Power BI. - Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (equivalent work experience acceptable). - Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI‑PBA, ITIL Foundation, or Agile Practitioner.
