Job Description
Job Title: Product Marketing Intern Role Summary: Support cross‑functional teams in delivering product launches, market research, and demand generation initiatives. Collaborate with Senior Product Managers, Sales, and Marketing Communications to craft value propositions, sales collateral, and marketing programs that drive lead generation and product adoption. Expectations: • Full‑time student, 12‑week summer internship (approx. 40 hrs/week) • Maintain a 3.0 GPA (on 4.0 scale) or higher • Proactively manage project tasks, deliverables, and timelines • Communicate progress and insights to stakeholders • Demonstrate continuous learning and adaptability Key Responsibilities: • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and brand perception to inform strategy • Identify target market segments and buying criteria; integrate findings into launch and demand plans • Partner with Product Management to develop clear value propositions and differentiation messages • Create customer‑focused messaging and sales tools (e.g., decks, brochures, data sheets) • Plan and execute product launches and marketing programs, coordinating with Sales and Communications teams • Track, coordinate, and report on cross‑functional project activities to ensure timely completion • Establish and maintain metrics for evaluating marketing effectiveness and ROI • Communicate updates, progress, and learnings to internal stakeholders Required Skills: • Strong analytical and research abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative thinking, problem‑solving mindset, and curiosity • Proficient in marketing strategies and best practices (preferred) • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented Required Education & Certifications: • Current enrollment as a full‑time undergraduate student in Marketing, Business, or related field • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale • No specific certifications required (industry knowledge and marketing coursework encouraged)
