Job title: Junior Specialist – Sales & Marketing
Role Summary:
Support and administer HubSpot, Salesforce, and Webflow to enable efficient lead generation, campaign execution, and data integrity for Sales & Marketing teams. Provide first‑line support, maintain system configuration, and drive continuous improvement of marketing technology processes.
Expectations:
- Deliver reliable, daily operation of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Webflow with minimal repeat issues.
- Maintain clean, accurate data and consistent user processes.
- Resolve support requests promptly, escalating only when necessary.
- Implement agreed improvements and documentation on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and administer HubSpot and Salesforce (lists, segments, forms, campaigns, dashboards, reports).
- Manage user and licence setup, roles, and permissions.
- Build and maintain workflows, nurture journeys, lead routing, and notifications.
- Support basic Webflow content updates and layout changes.
- Conduct data health checks, access audits, and basic integration maintenance (e.g., Zapier).
- Provide Level 1 support: FAQs, documentation, and simple issue resolution.
- Monitor usage metrics, identify under‑utilised features, and recommend low‑risk enhancements.
- Deliver introductory and refresher training to Sales & Marketing staff.
- Communicate system changes, known issues, and best practices clearly.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or equivalent.
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce (CRM/marketing automation).
- Practical knowledge of contact data management, campaigns, emails, forms, landing pages, and basic workflows.
- Familiarity with Webflow or similar CMS; exposure to analytics/tracking tools preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to translate non‑technical stakeholder needs into practical actions.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in HubSpot Marketing or Sales Software and/or Salesforce Administrator preferred.
