Job Description: Job Title: Solution Engineer – Photovoltaic & Energy Storage Role Summary: Provide technical leadership on PV and storage solutions for C&I and Utility segments, bridging clients, sales teams, and manufacturers to deliver tailored, compliant system designs and support. Expactations: - 2+ years of PV project design experience. - Advanced knowledge of PV sizing, inverter, storage, transform‑er, and EMS/SCADA integration. - Fluent in French and English, strong communication and client‑facing skills. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver technical support and solution recommendations to partners and clients. - Analyze client requirements and design complete PV and storage architectures. - Size installations, select components, and ensure technical compliance. - Participate in pre‑sales, on‑site technical discussions, and solution presentations. - Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and technical briefings. - Conduct technology and market surveillance to inform continuous improvement of tools and processes. Required Skills: - Proficiency in PV sizing tools (e.g., PVSYST, Caneco) and CAD software (AutoCAD). - Strong analytical, synthesis, and technical communication abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy. - Leadership in client relationship building and troubleshooting. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - Relevant certifications in PV design or renewable energy (preferred).
