Job Description
**Job Title** CEO/Entrepreneur through Acquisition **Role Summary** Lead a structured acquisition program to search for, acquire, and manage a small‑to‑medium enterprise (SME) in France. Serve as the CEO of the acquired company, driving growth, profitability, and strategic transformation over a 24‑month horizon. **Expectations** - Complete a 24‑month search and acquisition process, securing a suitable SME. - Assume operational leadership (CEO) immediately post‑acquisition. - Translate strategic vision into actionable plans, deliver measurable growth and profitability. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and execute a targeted deal‑flow strategy aligned with predefined acquisition criteria. - Manage all phases of M&A: sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, financing, and integration. - Lead the newly acquired business as CEO: set vision, strategy, and 100‑day roadmap. - Expand top‑line revenue through marketing, sales initiatives, and portfolio optimization. - Assess and refine product/service offerings, brand positioning, and market gaps. - Plan and execute geographic expansion and market entry strategies as needed. - Ensure operational efficiency and sustainable P&L performance. **Required Skills** - 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles across multiple geographies. - Proven track record of running and growing businesses or business units (P&L ownership). - Strong strategic vision and business acumen for a specific sector or industry. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen motivation to build and scale a company. - Fluency in English and French. - M&A experience, consulting background, or prior SME operation preferred. **Required Education & Certifications** - Executive MBA or MBA (preferred). - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (minimum requirement). ---
