Job Title: Salesforce Health Cloud Developer
Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions for Healthcare – including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flow – across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Build secure integrations with EHR systems, FHIR APIs, AWS services, and third‑party tools, ensuring HIPAA compliance and optimal performance. Lead data migration, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and comprehensive documentation while delivering end‑user training.
Expectations: Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Health Cloud. Proven track record of delivering enterprise healthcare integrations and safeguarding data security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and code custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows for Health Cloud solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with EHR platforms, FHIR APIs, AWS services, and other external tools while meeting HIPAA and data‑security standards.
- Manage data migration, performance tuning, and regression testing.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and maintain release documentation.
- Produce technical and user documentation; conduct training sessions for clinical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, clinical teams, and business owners to design scalable, compliant solutions.
- Stay current with Health Cloud features, Agentforce, Data Cloud, AWS Connect, and AI‑driven automation tools.
Required Skills:
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow, Process Builder.
- REST/SOAP API integration, FHIR, and healthcare data models (PCORnet, OMOP).
- CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX).
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and data‑security best practices.
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway) and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem‑solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and II.
- Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist certification (preferred).
