Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager – Infrastructure (Male/Female) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end infrastructure projects across systems, network and security for a multi‑site organization, ensuring seamless integration of new clinics. Manage budgets, KPIs, stakeholder communication and hand‑over to operations (RUN) teams. **Expectations** - 5+ years experience in infrastructure project management within multi‑site or high‑user environments. - Proven ability to travel nationally as required. - Strong technical, analytical and communication skills; leadership orientation. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Project Governance** – Scope, plan, execute, monitor and close infrastructure projects (O365 backups, internet, mobile telephony, printers, etc.). 2. **Requirements & Procurement** – Draft technical specifications, run RFP processes, evaluate vendors. 3. **Stakeholder Management** – Regular updates to headquarters and clinic sites; maintain project dashboards and KPI reports. 4. **Budget Oversight** – Track project budgets and deliver financial reports to management. 5. **Clinic Integration** – Conduct infrastructure audits, develop compliance schedules for hardware and network/telephony, train clinic staff on IT tools, and ensure all support documents are ready before hand‑over to RUN teams. **Required Skills** - Telecom infrastructure expertise (network, fixed & mobile telephony). - Technical specification writing and vendor evaluation. - Project management proficiency (including PMP/PRINCE2 preferred). - Strong reporting and KPI analysis. - Leadership, user‑service mindset, listening and pedagogical abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French (English proficiency desired). **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Master’s level (BAC+5) in Information Technology, Systems & Networks or equivalent. - Certified project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is an advantage.
