Job Description
Job Title: Client Service Associate Role Summary: Provide front‑line support and relationship management for private‑wealth clients, handling inquiries, transaction requests, document workflows, and client communications. Expectations: - Deliver consistently accurate, detail‑oriented client service. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. - Act as a reliable point of contact for client and advisor needs, ensuring timely issue resolution and task completion. Key Responsibilities: - Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal teams. - Respond to client requests including money movements, account balance inquiries, check re‑orders, charitable giving confirmations, and other service inquiries. - Manage distribution and receipt of client paperwork, ensuring secure and timely documentation. - Answer and triage client phone calls; resolve issues or route to appropriate personnel. - Utilize CRM to submit and assign tasks, run onboarding/offboarding dialogues, update contact information, track tasks via dashboard, and generate reports. - Coordinate with Wealthspire teams for client paperwork preparation and submission. - Draft client letters and emails; assist advisors with meeting scheduling and calendar management. - Confirm appointments with clients via email or phone. Required Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work collaboratively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, portfolio management, or document management software is advantageous. - Professional appearance, integrity, and proactive initiative. Required Education & Certifications: - College degree preferred (business, finance, or related field). - 1–2 years of related industry experience preferred; experience in financial planning or securities industry is a plus. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
