Job Description: **Job title:** Frontend Software Development Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance web and mobile user interfaces for a SaaS telematics platform that processes millions of IoT messages daily. Work closely with backend, product, and QA teams to deliver intuitive, real‑time dashboards. **Expectations:** * 2–10 years of frontend development experience, primarily with JavaScript/TypeScript. * Proven ability to build scalable UI components in Angular and Ionic. * Strong focus on code quality, unit and end‑to‑end testing (Playwright or equivalent). * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and collaborative development practices. * Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Functional English for professional communication. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain Angular 16/19 web applications and Ionic/Angular 16 mobile applications. * Optimize UI performance to handle large data volumes and high user concurrency. * Write clean, modular, and well‑tested code; enforce coding standards through reviews and automated tools. * Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and event streams (Kafka/RabbitMQ). * Produce and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation. * Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives within a cross‑functional team. **Required Skills:** * HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript fundamentals. * Deep proficiency in Angular (components, services, state management, routing). * Experience with Ionic for mobile app development. * Unit testing frameworks (Jasmine/Karma) and end‑to‑end testing (Playwright, Cypress). * Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, networking, and design patterns. * Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and code quality analyzers (SonarQube). * Knowledge of cloud (AWS), message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and NoSQL/SQL storage (Cassandra, MySQL) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
