**Role Summary**
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth, enhances brand reputation, and positions the organization as a thought leader in the executive search sector.

- Design and manage content initiatives (articles, whitepapers, newsletters, LinkedIn, podcasts/webinars) to elevate consultant IP.
- Execute digital marketing programs – SEO, social media, paid campaigns, website optimization – targeting qualified leads and ROI.
- Plan, organize, and represent the firm at conferences, seminars, and networking events; develop presentations and collateral.
- Secure sponsorships, partnerships, and speaking opportunities to boost visibility.
- Oversee marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and tools, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Establish and refine marketing processes, metrics, and reporting for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry, digital, and marketing trends to keep the firm competitive.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years of marketing experience in professional services, consulting, recruitment, or B2B sectors.
- Proven expertise in brand development, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and communication abilities.
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability in a lean setting.
- Collaborative leader skilled at working with senior stakeholders and consultants.
- Experience representing organizations at events, conferences, or through thought‑leadership initiatives.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Industry‑recognized marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, Digital Marketing) are a plus.
