**Job Title** Full‑Stack Developer **Role Summary** Deliver customized WordPress and Symfony web solutions for public sector clients. Design, develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress plugins, themes, and Symfony‐based sites, ensuring high quality, performance, and accessibility. Collaborate across teams to estimate work, prioritize tasks, and manage deployments. **Expectations** - Proactive, collaborative, and client‑focused. - Flexible, adaptable to changing priorities. - Strong teamwork, diplomacy, and service orientation. - Self‑sufficient, highly organized, and meticulous. **Key Responsibilities** - Create and enhance custom WordPress plugins. - Update and evolve existing plugins and WordPress themes. - Maintain WordPress core installations and ensure stability and optimization. - Develop and manage Symfony sites, including EasyAdmin and API Platform integration. - Handle content syndication (import/export) across sites. - Estimate development effort, set priorities, and meet deadlines. - Analyze change requests, assess impact on current themes, and implement necessary updates. - Deploy and patch sites using Docker and GitLab pipelines. - Monitor and improve site performance and accessibility (Opquast). **Required Skills** - WordPress theme and plugin development (ACF, PHP, Twig, JavaScript). - PHP proficiency with Symfony framework, EasyAdmin, and API Platform. - SQL database management. - Front‑end scripting (JavaScript). - Version control with Git (GitLab). - Containerization with Docker. - Accessibility best practices (Opquast). **Desirable Add‑Ons** - ElasticSearch implementation. - TypeScript usage. - PHPUnit testing. - Vue.js front‑end framework. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline. ---
