Account Representative / Account Manager / Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial client accounts by providing a high‑quality client experience, coordinating service delivery, and driving retention and expansion. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring service quality across multiple property‑maintenance disciplines, addressing issues proactively, and identifying opportunities for additional services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main liaison for assigned commercial accounts.
- Build long‑term client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
- Coordinate and oversee services such as janitorial, handyman, maintenance, landscaping, and specialty services.
- Monitor service performance, manage quality control, and resolve issues.
- Conduct routine inspections to verify contract standards.
- Identify client needs and recommend additional services or improvements.
- Work with independent service providers to schedule, scope, and maintain quality expectations.
- Track client feedback, follow up on concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with contract renewals, scope adjustments, and account retention.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communication logs.
**Required Skills**
- 2+ years of B2B account management or client retention experience (building or facility management preferred).
- Proven success in client retention with measurable goals.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and planning abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM databases, smartphone, and laptop.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑oriented.
- Ability to travel locally to client sites, work flexible hours, and handle on‑call emergencies.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Basic technical knowledge of maintenance, repair, and building/facility systems.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant industry certification (e.g., Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management) is a plus but not mandatory.
