Job title: Senior Analyst, Technology Assurance & Advisory
Role Summary:
Lead and execute high‑impact assurance and advisory initiatives across a technology portfolio for a diversified, global enterprise. Serve as a trusted advisor, driving risk management practices, engaging cross‑functional stakeholders, and supporting strategic technology operations and regulatory compliance.
Expactations:
- Deliver high‑quality risk assessments and advisory services in a fast‑paced, large‑scale environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business units, IT, compliance, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of risk frameworks, governance, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technology risk assessments, including controls testing, gap analysis, and remedial planning.
- Develop and present findings to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to design and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and emerging technology risks.
- Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge sharing across the advisory team.
- Participate in cross‑sectional strategic projects, providing risk insights and assistance with technology budgeting and planning.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a detail‑oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Proficiency in risk assessment tools, audit methodologies, and technology control frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST).
- Project management experience, including stakeholder management, scheduling, and deliverable tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
- CISA, CPA, CIA, or MBA (any one of these preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in technology risk within a large, complex organization.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., PCI‑DSS, SOX, GLBA) is a plus.
