**Job Title:** Director Strategy (Chief of Staff) **Role Summary:** Leads division‑level strategic growth initiatives, acquisition integration, and organic expansion programs. Partners with the Head of Division to develop business cases, execute roadmaps, and improve financial and operational performance, preparing for future senior leadership in Operations or M&A. **Expactations:** - Deliver integration plans and strategic roadmaps on schedule. - Provide accurate financial analysis and modeling for quarterly reviews. - Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that align with growth targets. - Support M&A activities from due diligence through post‑close integration. - Contribute to a high‑performance culture while maintaining work‑life balance in a hybrid model. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and manage end‑to‑end acquisition integration programs. - Conduct financial modelling, scenario analysis, and KPI tracking for division performance. - Lead special projects and strategic initiatives that drive organic growth. - Perform market and competitive analysis to uncover new revenue opportunities. - Prepare and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize best‑practice investment frameworks. - Mentor junior staff and foster knowledge transfer across the division. **Required Skills:** - Advanced strategic planning and execution. - Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical abilities. - Proven project‑management and change‑management expertise. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. - High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. - Leadership orientation with a collaborative, results‑driven mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. - MBA, CFA, or CPA (must hold at least one). - 4–8 years of progressive experience in top‑tier consulting, strategic planning, M&A, investment banking, or private equity.
