**Job Title**
Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high‑technology engineering projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule while managing risks, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
**Expectations**
Deliver successful projects that meet technical specifications and business objectives. Maintain rigorous adherence to project governance, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from estimation and resource planning to execution and close‑out.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators, intervene proactively to remove obstacles, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Anticipate issues, propose alternative solutions, and maintain project momentum.
- Ensure compliance with all project requirements, standards, and regulations.
- Document scope changes, update budgets and resource allocations accordingly.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior management, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
- Approve project expenditures and manage financial controls.
- Transfer development artefacts to manufacturing engineering teams for production handover.
- Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years of project management experience in a high‑technology engineering environment, with a strong track record of on‑time, on‑budget product/solution delivery.
- Expertise in multi‑functional, cross‑border program and project governance.
- Proficiency in Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Advanced command of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Wrike, etc.).
- Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
- Demonstrated ability to build alliances, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
- Outstanding time‑management, organizational, and continuous improvement mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or proven equivalent).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience.
- Formal manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience leading project teams.
- Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is advantageous.
