**Role Summary**
Lead and scale the full social media function for a high-growth energy drink brand. Own strategy, creative direction, performance analytics, and partnership development across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Meta, and emerging channels. Drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while aligning with marketing and sales objectives.

- Deliver measurable growth in followers, engagement, and conversion within fast‑moving, startup‑style environment.
- Own end‑to‑end social media operations, from strategy to execution and reporting.
- Maintain premium, modern, culturally relevant brand presence in the energy drink market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and own comprehensive social media strategy; develop brand voice, content pillars, and storytelling frameworks.
- Create quarterly/annual roadmaps aligned with marketing and sales goals.
- Oversee all content production (short‑form video, reels, UGC, stills) and maintain high‑volume content engine tied to launches, events, and retail expansion.
- Manage and mentor creators, editors, agencies, and contractors; foster creator and influencer partnerships.
- Design dashboards and reporting systems; provide actionable insights and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with media team to integrate organic and paid strategies.
- Develop partnerships with creators, athletes, events, festivals, and aligned brands.
- Manage community engagement, brand monitoring, and social listening.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of social media leadership, ideally in beverage, CPG, lifestyle, fitness, or entertainment.
- Proven track record owning and scaling brand social channels (startup or established).
- Deep understanding of short‑form video, trends, content creation, and the creator economy.
- Strategic thinker capable of directing creative output and managing production workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast‑moving startup environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or analytics are a plus.
