Créé il y a plus d’un siècle, Partenord Habitat est l’Office Public de l’Habitat (OPH) du Département du Nord. Il est présidé par Valentin Belleval, Vice-président du Conseil départemental du Nord. **Job Title**: Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Internal Communications Manager and the Executive Administrative Pool. Job Title: Data Protection Officer – Legal Role Summary: Act as the organization’s independent guardian of data protection, ensuring GDPR compliance across all business units and projects. Lead audits, policy development, and risk assessments, and serve as the primary liaison with data subjects and supervisory authorities. Expectations: - Demonstrated expertise in GDPR and French data protection law. - Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end DPO functions, including TCFs, DPIAs, and data subject request handling. - Ability to influence cross‑functional teams, communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly, and drive systematic compliance reforms.
