Integrates LLMs, RAG techniques, and OpenAI APIs, ensuring secure, scalable solutions on Azure and on‑prem environments. Collaborates with legal professionals to translate requirements into technical deliverables and provides training and documentation. **Expectations** * Deliver production‑ready AI web applications with high performance and maintainability. * Optimize LLM outputs, mitigate hallucinations, and enhance accuracy through RAG pipelines. * Maintain security, compliance, and documentation standards. * Communicate complex concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders and support end‑users. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop user‑friendly web interfaces using JavaScript, .NET, and Python. - Prompt engineer, manage context windows, and implement advanced LLM strategies. - Integrate OpenAI APIs and RESTful services, adhering to industry standards. - Apply security best practices to web apps, APIs, and data flows. - Use Git for source control and collaborative development. - Deploy and manage applications on Azure App Services and on‑prem servers. - Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot application performance. - Keep current with AI advancements and apply emerging techniques. - Translate legal user needs into technical specifications. - Train legal staff on AI tool usage and create related documentation. **Required Skills** - 2+ years of web application development (JavaScript, .NET, Python). - Hands‑on experience with OpenAI APIs and LLM implementation. - Proficiency in prompt engineering and RAG architecture. - Git version control and collaborative development workflows. - Azure cloud services and on‑prem deployment knowledge. - Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. - Excellent problem‑solving, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable). - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred. - Prior legal or professional services environment experience is a plus.
