Job Description
Job Title: Founder Associate Internship – Media Partnerships & Advertising GTM Role Summary: 3–6 month full‑time internship focused on generating and closing media partnership deals for AI, SaaS, and PropTech brands. Working directly with the founder, you will handle outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, partnership negotiations, proposal creation, and pipeline maintenance to drive revenue from day one. Expectations: - Achieve daily outbound outreach targets and generate qualified leads. - Manage inbound leads, qualify them quickly, and move them into the active pipeline. - Conduct discovery and solution‑presentation calls, finalize proposals, and secure signed agreements. - Maintain a clean CRM pipeline and provide weekly status updates. - Demonstrate high autonomy, strong organization, and proactive follow‑up. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, Instantly, PartnerStack, Dripify, and email. - Build and segment advertiser lists for AI, SaaS, and PropTech companies. - Identify, qualify, and score new leads each day. - Respond to inbound inquiries across both brands, qualifying and warming prospects. - Schedule meetings via Calendly and lead partner discovery calls. - Present solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals. - Draft proposals, recap emails, and manage post‑sale onboarding. - Maintain pipeline integrity and produce weekly progress reports. Required Skills: - Proven outbound prospecting and email outreach. - Strong verbal and written communication, comfortable on sales calls. - Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline reporting. - Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of results. - Basic negotiation and proposal writing skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. - Sales, partnership, or GTM experience a bonus; not required.
