Job title: Full‑Stack Engineer Role Summary Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end web and AI integration solutions that enable AI‑driven voice and messaging agents for healthcare workflows. Deliver production‑grade code, optimize system performance, and collaborate closely with customers to customize features and ensure seamless integration with EHRs and other clinical systems. Expectations - 3+ years of professional software engineering with a track record of shipping production systems. - Deep familiarity with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL; experience building scalable, production‑grade APIs and front‑ends. - Ability to deploy and scale generative AI models, manage real‑time voice processing pipelines, and monitor system safety and alignment. - Proactive ownership in ambiguous environments, making independent decisions and driving customer success from onboarding through lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. Design, develop, and deploy full‑stack features that integrate AI agents with healthcare applications (scheduling, billing, prescription refills). 2. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions based on real‑time customer feedback. 3. Troubleshoot complex integrations with EHRs, legacy systems, and third‑party APIs; ensure HIPAA‑compliant data handling. 4. Provide onsite training, technical support, and maintain strong client relationships to sustain high customer satisfaction. 5. Contribute to product roadmap by identifying workflow bottlenecks and proposing AI‑centric engineering solutions.
