Job title: Director of Product Marketing & Monetization Role Summary: Leads monetization and product marketing strategy for the flagship live‑operations game, collaborating across Content, Marketing, Product, Operations, HR, and FP&A to drive revenue growth and player retention. Expectations: Deliver measurable revenue and retention improvements; execute data‑driven pricing and promotion plans; influence executive decisions through clear insights; adopt AI‑driven tools for analysis and optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Own product revenue and retention metrics, reporting on performance and growth opportunities. - Develop and implement cutting‑edge monetization strategies and pricing frameworks in partnership with FP&A. - Design and launch integrated campaigns (bundles, reactivation offers, promotional events). - Manage full‑funnel product communications, ensuring cohesive messaging. - Analyze player feedback, market data, and performance to shape continuous improvement. - Align cross‑functional teams (Content, Marketing, Product, Operations, FP&A) with overall objectives. - Set, monitor, and report on KPIs to optimize campaign effectiveness. Required Skills: - 5+ years in gaming/live operations, with proven success in pricing, monetization, and retention. - Data‑driven decision making; experience with revenue & retention KPI management. - Expertise in integrated marketing, bundle creation, player re‑activation tactics. - Strong communication of strategic insights to senior leadership. - Proficiency in AI/analytics tools for data analysis and campaign optimization. - Detail‑oriented, able to extract actionable insights from market research. - Ability to collaborate across diverse functional teams. - Knowledge of A/B testing, emerging marketing technologies, and risk mitigation. - Demonstrated player‑centric engagement and in‑app promotion experience (bonus). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications mandatory, but experience with monetization analytics platforms and AI tools is advantageous.
