Job Description
**Job Title** Packaging Projects Manager – Cosmetics & Nutraceuticals **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end development of packaging solutions for cosmetics and nutraceutical products, managing a diverse project portfolio, securing technical feasibility, and driving sustainability initiatives. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on time, within technical and budget constraints. - Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships (sales, marketing, quality, procurement, production). - Lead and develop a small team of packaging specialists. - Contribute to the continuous improvement and maturity of the packaging service. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee all packaging development stages from client brief to industrial validation, ensuring technical coherence and quality. - Manage a portfolio of multiple projects, adapting existing packaging solutions in close collaboration with group suppliers. - Evaluate technical risks, containment‑content issues, and production feasibility, securing informed decision‑making. - Provide expertise in cross‑functional teams, facilitating communication and decision processes. - Propose packaging solutions that align with corporate RSE objectives (material reduction, recyclability, eco‑design). - Maintain structured, regular communication with clients, factories, and project steering committees. - Lead a team of three packaging professionals. - Drive the continuous improvement of internal methods, tools, and processes. **Required Skills** - ≥5 years in packaging development, preferably within cosmetics or nutraceuticals, in a supplier or final‑customer role. - Strong multi‑project management, organization, and prioritization. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for client interaction and internal stakeholder management. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Knowledge of sustainability and circular packaging practices is an advantage. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bac+2 to Bac+5 engineering or equivalent in packaging, materials science, or related field. - Certified in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable but not mandatory.
