**Job title:**
IAM Project Manager / Proxy Product Owner
**Role Summary:**
Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end projects for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Proxy solutions, acting as the central point between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients. Own project planning, functional and technical requirements definition, deliverable tracking, and risk management while ensuring alignment with Agile practices.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver IAM/Proxy projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, providing clear status updates and mitigation plans.
- Apply project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum) and governance principles to drive quality and efficiency.
- Ensure security policies and architectural standards are integrated into all solutions.
- Support knowledge transfer and post‑implementation review activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
2. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
3. Plan, schedule, and allocate resources, ensuring alignment with Agile cadences.
4. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (solutions architects, security engineers, developers, testers).
5. Monitor progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
6. Manage risks and issues, maintaining a transparent risk register.
7. Produce status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
8. Facilitate sprint ceremonies, grooming, and retrospectives.
9. Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and sign‑off requirements.
10. Conduct post‑deployment reviews and capture lessons learned.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep knowledge of IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity) and related security policies.
- Proficiency in Proxy technologies (web, API gateways, reverse proxies) and network infrastructure concepts.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to produce clear, concise functional and technical specifications.
- Advanced English language proficiency (written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundation, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Certification in Identity and Access Management (e.g., CCIA, Certified Identity Professional) desirable.
