**Job Title**
Knowledge Management Solutions Engineer
**Role Summary**
Serve as the product owner and technical lead for the firm’s Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives, focusing on AI chatbots, enterprise search, data integration, and low‑code workflow automation. Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of KM tools, from requirements gathering to vendor coordination, documentation, and user adoption.
**Expectations**
- Own functional requirements, backlog, and roadmap for Atlas Fuse AI Assistant and enterprise search tools.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, KM analysts, IT, and external vendors.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset, progressively mastering low‑code platforms (Power Automate, Power BI) and firm‑specific KM tools.
- Deliver clear, self‑service documentation and training materials to enable efficient use across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Product Ownership – Document requirements, track enhancements, and resolve bugs for Atlas Fuse Chatbot and related AI tools.
2. Knowledge Collection & Integration – Operationalize and maintain knowledge bases, integrate data sources (HRIS, billing, document management) into AI assistants.
3. Enterprise Search – Design, implement, and optimize search solutions; translate user stories into functional specifications; manage backlog of search bugs.
4. Data Automation & Low‑Code Development – Drive integration projects, create automated workflows and document assembly via Power Automate/Power BI.
5. Project & Vendor Management – Translate design input into technical requirements, track upgrades, and coordinate with vendors on enhancements and issue resolution.
6. User Support & Documentation – Produce how‑to guides, best‑practice playbooks, and conduct training sessions to promote self‑service adoption.
7. Process Improvement – Centralize and automate RFP processes, reduce IT PM workload, and measure impact of KM solutions.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years in Legal, Knowledge Management, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.
- Proven product ownership and experience implementing & maintaining information systems.
- Strong data automation and visualization knowledge (Power BI, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with KM platforms: iManage, NetDocs, SharePoint, Upland BAI SmartHub.
- Excellent written & verbal communication; stakeholder collaboration.
- Technical aptitude and rapid learning of new software.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Library Sciences, or related field.
- Certifications in Power BI or Power Automate preferred; any relevant low‑code platform certification is a plus.
