Job Description: **Job Title** Founders Associate (6‑12 months) **Role Summary** Act as a right‑hand operative and strategic partner to Numeris founders, driving end‑to‑end initiatives in growth, AI‑driven transformation, new service development, and operational scaling across the group. **Expectations** - Current M1/M2 student or early‑career professional from a business school, engineering program or university. - Strong curiosity for strategy, technology, and artificial intelligence. - Entrepreneurial mindset: structured, autonomous, solution‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting directly with executive leadership. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **New Offer Development** – Identify business improvement opportunities (tax optimization, cyber‑security, operations, etc.); perform market analysis, build business cases, recommend and drive go‑to‑market plans. 2. **No‑Code Solutions** – Build prototypes using Lovable, Airtable, n8n, and similar tools; iterate with business teams; launch solutions. 3. **Acquisition Integration** – Execute integration roadmaps for newly acquired firms; coordinate activities with local teams; track milestones. 4. **Training & LMS** – Design AI, management, and industry training modules; support LMS deployment and digital content creation. 5. **External Relations & Presentations** – Manage relationships with tech vendors, partners, and experts; prepare executive‑level decks and briefings. 6. **Group Transformation** – Structure and professionalise new functions, co‑develop collaborative tools, and streamline operational processes; oversee progress across operational teams. **Required Skills** - Strategic & analytical thinking, market & competitive analysis. - Business case development & financial modelling. - Project management and cross‑functional coordination. - Familiarity with no‑code platforms (Airtable, n8n, Lovable). - AI product awareness and application. - Training design & LMS familiarity. - Persuasive communication & presentation skills. - Self‑directed, fast‑learner, and comfortable in high‑visibility roles. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of bachelor’s level education; current Master’s candidates (M1/M2) preferred. - No specific certifications required; knowledge of AI or project‑management methods is a plus.
