Security Operations Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate physical and cyber security operations across multiple datacenters, ensuring compliance with security policies, incident management, and vendor oversight. Drive continuous improvement of security processes, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and maintain accurate audit trails and access control.

- Coordinate with external vendors and datacenter partners to uphold security standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and enforce physical security policies and procedures in datacenter environments.
- Manage incident response: gather, analyse, and escalated security incidents to appropriate teams.
- Oversee access control: process internal/external access requests, audit ACLs, and manage CCTV/camera systems.
- Validate compliance for inbound/outbound shipments, courier deliveries, and hand‑carry security.
- Control media handling: verify, track, and coordinate destruction/sanitisation of media.
- Manage smart lock access, hardware decommissioning, RMA, and migration from a security perspective.
- Support physical audits for security and compliance, preparing evidence and documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Compliance, IRC, and Engineering to align security initiatives.
- Maintain ticketing systems (JIRA, TPM) for all requests, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
- Act as primary point of contact for Edge Operations vendors on security/compliance queries.
- Schedule onsite technicians, coordinate remote hands requests, and audit vendor activity.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and vendor performance assessments.
**Required Skills**
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency with tracking platforms, ticketing systems (JIRA, TPM).
- Knowledge of datacenter security controls, access management, CCTV, smart locks, and media sanitisation.
- Experience in incident analysis, threat detection, and escalation.
- Vendor management and procurement experience.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.) and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant security certifications (CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) preferred.
