**Job Title** Influencer Marketing Executive – Gifting (6‑month contract) **Role Summary** The influencer marketing executive manages KatKin’s gifting initiatives, building relationships with Instagram and TikTok creators aligned with the brand’s mission. Responsibilities include identifying suitable influencers, coordinating product sends, tracking engagement, securing UGC rights, and collaborating with paid‑campaign teams to inform partnership pipelines. The role operates under the Influencer Marketing Manager and offers the chance to scale a new acquisition channel. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable brand awareness and customer acquisition through influencer gifting. - Increase acceptance and post rates by optimizing outreach and follow‑ups. - Maintain accurate records of gifting pipelines and performance metrics. - Secure UGC rights for content reuse across organic channels. - Support creation of campaign briefs and influence partner selection for paid initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and vet relevant Instagram and TikTok influencers who resonate with the brand mission. - Manage outreach campaigns, including drafting outreach messages, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely acceptance. - Coordinate product selection, packaging, and shipment for gifting reaches on schedule. - Track influencer activity, capture post data, and report on engagement metrics. - Work with influencer brief creators to align content with brand voice and values. - Implement or improve third‑party tools to streamline gifting operations. - Secure UGC rights and manage content library for repurposing across channels. - Coordinate with paid‑media colleagues to integrate high‑performing gifting creators into partnership pipelines. - Provide general support to the influencer marketing team and broaden strategic exposure. **Required Skills** - Sales‑oriented, target‑driven mindset with proven ability to over‑achieve. - Strong time‑management and ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Basic knowledge of Instagram and TikTok ecosystems; understanding of influencer marketing best practices. - Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic project‑management tools. - (Preferred) Experience in sales, digital marketing, or influencer marketing. - (Preferred) Familiarity with UGC rights and content licensing. - Enthusiasm for social media and willingness to take ownership of projects. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or recent graduate). - No mandatory certifications required; relevant coursework or internships in influencer marketing or digital media are a plus.
