**Job Title**: Audiobook Production Assistant **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the audiobook production team, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, materials, and communication across all stakeholders. **Expectations** - Handle fast‑paced, detail‑oriented tasks with a proactive, can‑do attitude. - Deliver accurate and timely support to production, casting, and finance functions. - Adapt quickly to new tools and processes while maintaining high organizational standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage file systems, update production schedules, and complete data entry into databases. - Maintain accuracy in all database records. - Coordinate narrator scheduling and studio bookings. - Process invoices and organize production materials. - Communicate with talent, agents, publishers, and internal team members to facilitate efficient workflow. - Assist in casting activities by identifying and liaising with potential narrators. - Prepare documentation, production contracts, and internal records. - Ensure a high standard of accuracy and quality in all administrative tasks. **Required Skills** - Strong administrative experience with exceptional attention to detail. - Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Proactive mindset, adaptability to new software, and process‑driven approach. - Interest in audio, media, books, or publishing. **Required Education & Certifications** - Secondary or tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Library Sciences, or related field (preferred). - No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with publishing industry standards is advantageous.
