**Job Title** Vice President Marketing (Beauty Care Consumer Goods) **Role Summary** Provide senior marketing leadership during maternity leave coverage, ensuring continuous execution of innovation launches, go‑to‑market campaigns, and portfolio expansion across professional and specialty retail channels. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, successful product launches in the U.S. market. - Expand portfolio to new customers and channels while maintaining strong positioning. - Maximize ROI and achieve turnover and profitability targets. - Align cross‑functional teams (Sales, Education, Events, Digital) for consistent execution. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead specialty retail and professional launch planning and execution for Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, and Hair Pro Channels. - Partner with global/regional R&D and brand teams to develop U.S. market innovations and bring products to life. - Translate pipeline into launch calendars, strategies, sell‑in tools, and in‑store activation plans. - Roll out existing portfolio into new customers and channels with tailored positioning and activation. - Oversee marketing budget allocation, campaign phasing, and ROI tracking for resource efficiency. - Ensure cross‑functional alignment and strong customer impact across Sales, Education, Events, and Digital. - Provide direction, prioritization, and coaching to the marketing team on high‑impact initiatives. **Required Skills** - 10+ years senior marketing leadership in beauty, specialty retail, or prestige consumer brands. - Proven track record of innovation and product launch management in the U.S. - Deep expertise in go‑to‑market execution from strategy to in‑market delivery. - Experience with portfolio/channel expansion and specialty retail sell‑in. - Financial acumen for managing multi‑million USD budgets. - Ability to integrate rapidly into a matrixed, global‑regional organization. - Collaborative, results‑driven leadership with excellent communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). - Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Certified Marketing Professional, Digital Marketing Certificates) welcome.
