Job title: Founder's Associate Role Summary: Support the execution and delivery of B2B content‑led demand generation campaigns for the agency and its clients. Work directly with the founders and senior team, handling hands‑on marketing tasks, campaign management, content production, performance tracking, client communication, and process improvement. Expectations: * Deliver marketing tasks consistently to high quality standards. * Understand end‑to‑end demand programmes within 6 months. * Manage workload independently and meet deadlines. * Earn trust of clients and team through reliable delivery. * Build a solid foundation in B2B marketing and agency operations. Key Responsibilities: * Execute content‑led demand generation programmes for clients. * Produce and manage content across articles, reports, social media, newsletters, podcasts, and video. * Set up and run campaigns across email, organic, paid, and partnership channels. * Track performance metrics and generate results reports. * Support day‑to‑day client delivery and communication. * Document processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement. * Assist founders and senior team with ad‑hoc projects as the business scales. Required Skills: * 1–2 years of marketing, content, or demand generation experience. * Proven ability to manage multi‑format content and multi‑channel campaigns. * Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting performance data. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * High level of organization, reliability, and attention to detail. * Adaptability to fast‑moving, early‑stage environments. * Self‑starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn from senior leaders. * Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, cross‑functional team. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred). * Any relevant certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or analytics are a plus.
