Job Description
**Job title** IT Project Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead and deliver a portfolio of IT projects for support functions (finance, HR, marketing, etc.) within an enterprise IT environment. Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality targets while aligning with the group’s IT strategy and business needs. **Expectations** - Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle for multiple concurrent initiatives. - Build strong client relationships across internal business units. - Drive change management and adoption of new digital tools. - Deliver accurate project forecasts, budgets, and status reports to leadership and steering committees. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Identify and validate internal stakeholders’ requirements; ensure alignment with existing systems and IT strategy. 2. Assess affected user groups, develop change‑management plans, and promote adoption. 3. Perform benchmarking, technology scans, and feasibility studies. 4. Chart current processes and tools; draft functional specifications and detailed scope documents. 5. Estimate project costs, negotiate with vendors, and monitor budgets and deliverables. 6. Produce dashboards, status reports, and post‑implementation reviews for senior management and steering boards. 7. Coordinate project teams using V‑model, Agile, or hybrid methodologies. 8. Provide ongoing advice on innovative IT solutions to enhance productivity and value creation. **Required Skills** - Project management methodology (PMI, Prince2, Agile). - Technical‑functional architecture knowledge. - Budgeting, cost control, and vendor management. - Stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influence. - Change‑management planning and execution. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication (English preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management. - Proven 5+ years in IT project management or IT service delivery. - Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum are desirable.
