Job Title: BDR – Freelance Role Summary: Identify, engage, and qualify B2B prospects to secure qualified meetings for sales closers. Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients in the electric mobility sector. Expectations: - Consistently generate a high volume of qualified appointments. - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly target metrics for qualified leads. - Maintain up‑to‑date prospect information in the CRM. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and segment high‑potential mid‑market, enterprise, and public‑sector accounts. - Prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels. - Schedule, confirm, and hand over qualified meetings to the closing team. - Qualify prospects using frameworks such as BANT, MEDDIC, or similar. - Keep the HubSpot CRM current and enriched. - Collaborate closely with marketing to refine outbound campaigns, scripts, and engagement sequences. Required Skills: - 1–2 years of B2B prospecting experience or a strong commercial drive. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Goal‑oriented with a hunter mentality; persistent in follow‑ups. - Strong organizational skills and self‑motivation. - Familiarity with B2B qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC). - Comfortable using CRM platforms, especially HubSpot. - Interest in electric mobility and sustainability is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - No formal degree required. - Training or certification in B2B sales prospecting, CRM usage, or qualification frameworks preferred.
