Job Description
**Job Title:** CRM Campaign Manager (9‑month fixed‑term) **Role Summary:** Drive the planning, execution, and performance optimization of email and SMS campaigns for the SIAL Paris and SIAL Network exhibitions. Ensure technical excellence, data health, and timely delivery while collaborating with digital marketing, communication, and event teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, segmented CRM campaigns on schedule. - Maintain database integrity and improve deliverability. - Provide clear KPI reporting and actionable insights. - Communicate risks and deviations promptly to stakeholders. - Support internal and external client inquiries efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Co‑create CRM activation plans per exhibition with digital marketing and senior communication leads. - Design, build, and launch email and SMS campaigns, including automated customer journeys. - Produce CRM‑specific content, ensure flawless spelling/grammar, and manage tracking and targeting. - Monitor weekly performance (deliverability, open/click rates), conduct A/B tests, personalize content, and report results. - Manage database health: monitor volume changes, execute re‑activation and re‑qualification processes. - Analyze results with the digital marketing manager and propose strategic improvements. - Handle inbound client requests via email hotline and chatbot; coordinate external service providers when needed. - Research and share industry trends, innovations, and best practices. **Required Skills:** - 3‑5 years experience in end‑to‑end CRM (content creation, routing, performance tracking, reporting, database management). - Strong written French (flawless orthography) and creative copywriting ability. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration. - Proven project management: organized, autonomous, able to prioritize multiple initiatives. - Advanced Excel proficiency. - Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a drag‑and‑drop email builder (e.g., Dartagnan) – certification a plus. - Experience with Canva or similar design tools. - Knowledge of event‑related marketing or trade‑show environments is advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Marketing, Digital Communication, or related field. - Optional certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, other CRM platform credentials.
