Job Description
**Job Title** Summer Internship Programme 2026 **Role Summary** An 8‑week, in‑person internship designed to provide recent graduates (or final‑year students graduating in 2025/2026) with hands‑on experience in Private Banking and the bank’s core support functions (IT, HR, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations). Interns work on live projects, collaborate with senior staff, and may progress to the Associate Private Banker assessment or permanent roles. **Expectations** - Complete internship during the first week of July for 8 weeks. - Participate in scheduled training, project work, and assessment centre (Dec 2025/Jan 2026). - Deliver tangible outputs for assigned projects and contribute to business initiatives. - Engage with cross‑departmental teams and attend management briefings. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute project tasks within assigned department (e.g., market analysis, risk assessment, process improvement, campaign support). - Collect, analyse, and present data to support decision‑making. - Prepare and deliver briefings to senior management. - Collaborate with peers on cross‑functional initiatives. - Attend training modules on private banking operations, compliance, and commercial skills. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year) in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. - Expected graduation in 2025 or 2026. - No mandatory professional certifications required; relevant coursework preferred. ---
