Co‑Founder & Chief Operating Officer – Psychology Tech & AI
**Role Summary**
Full‑time founder‑level COO responsible for translating a vision of a next‑generation psychology‑tech platform into operational reality. Leads architecture of core business infrastructure, AI product alignment, growth, fundraising, and culture while maintaining a 360° ownership mindset and global mobility.
**Expectations**
- Drive end‑to‑end execution with no fixed hours; full entrepreneurial commitment.
- Operate as a generalist founder capable of navigating ambiguity and scaling a global business.
- Commit to full flexibility to travel and relocate globally as demanded by business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and scale finance, accounting, legal, and compliance infrastructure.
- Co‑define technology and AI strategy with engineering to align product goals with business objectives.
- Lead growth and go‑to‑market initiatives: marketing, user acquisition, partnership development, and commercial strategy.
- Manage capital planning and investor relations, oversee fundraising activities and cap‑table management.
- Build and lead a high‑performance team: create hiring plans, attract talent, shape culture, and foster accountability across product, tech, marketing, finance, and strategy functions.
- Integrate cross‑functional efforts (product, technology, marketing, finance, hiring, strategy) to ensure alignment and rapid iteration.
- Act as a hands‑on operator navigating complex, unstructured problems and making decisive action.
**Required Skills**
- Comprehensive knowledge of startup operations, fundraising, P&L management, and financial planning.
- Deep understanding of AI systems, product architecture, and emerging tech trends.
- Expertise in growth marketing, performance analytics, and partnership development.
- Proven ability to lead and scale scalable business infrastructure (finance, legal, compliance).
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills for investors and partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for rapid execution, learning, and iteration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in finance, product management, or AI strategies are advantageous but not mandatory.
