Job Description

Job title: Salesforce Developer (Data Cloud) Role Summary: Drive the end‑to‑end implementation, development, and support of internal business applications on the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, SMEs, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, conduct UAT assistance, and resolve integration issues. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions within defined timelines. - Maintain accurate technical documentation and version control. - Respond swiftly to production issues and provide effective troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes with business SMEs and project stakeholders. - Design, code, and deploy Apex triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages. - Configure platform components: formulas, workflows, approval processes, custom objects/fields, sharing rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets, reports, dashboards. - Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, MS tools, and third‑party APIs. - Support user acceptance testing, providing guidance and issue resolution. - Participate in new initiatives and project discussions to propose technical solutions. - Keep source code in repository, manage change sets, and document design decisions. Required Skills: - Proficient Apex development (triggers, classes, Visualforce). - Deep understanding of Salesforce declarative configuration. - Integration experience with MS SQL, Salesforce APIs, and external services. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. - Knowledge of Health Cloud implementations is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field. - Salesforce certifications: Platform App Builder, Developer I, Developer II. - 3–5 years of Salesforce.com implementation and development experience.
