**Role Summary**
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications with a strong focus on AI/ML capabilities. Lead the Salesforce development life‑cycle, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to platform best practices and security standards.
**Expectations**
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Einstein (Bots, Prediction Builder, Next Best Action) and custom AI/ML integrations.
- Expert proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP API integration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data, security, and platform design principles.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, etc.) on Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AI development tools (e.g., Cursor IDE, GitHub Copilot).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other modern technologies.
- Architect and implement AI‑driven features on Salesforce, integrating Einstein services and external AI/ML APIs (NLP, generative AI, predictive analytics).
- Lead end‑to‑end development including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment via CI/CD pipelines.
- Write high‑quality, secure, and well‑documented code following best practices.
- Mentor and conduct code reviews for junior developers, providing technical guidance.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Administrators, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and AI/ML trends; recommend enhancements to improve business processes.
**Required Skills**
