Consultant CIO (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver CIO advisory services across transformation, cloud, M&A, and IT operations, collaborating with internal practices and clients to design, implement, and optimize digital and organizational strategies.
**Expectations**
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships.
- Deliver actionable solutions within defined project scopes.
- Report progress and results to senior manager.
- Contribute to practice development through research, prototypes, and service enhancement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct DC rationalisation, Move2Cloud, and FinOps initiatives.
- Design and build Cloud Operations Centers and Digital Workplace roadmaps.
- Model IT environmental footprints and lead network re‑design (WAN, firewall, LAN, Wi‑Fi).
- Establish Architecture Service Centers and Product‑mode CIO transitions.
- Manage build‑to‑run transition, application Run‑ITSM, and PPM frameworks.
- Optimize IT asset performance and drive cost efficiencies.
- Support international M&A IT integration teams.
- Produce high‑value analytical, business‑case, and presentation materials.
**Required Skills**
- Strong consulting fundamentals: interviewing, facilitation, project management, analysis, business‑case development, writing and synthesis.
- Expertise in digital transformation, cloud strategy, network architecture, IT operations, and M&A integration.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proactive, independent, results‑oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) from an engineering, business, or specialized university program.
- Minimum 3 years of successful management consulting experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Cloud credentials) are advantageous.
