Job Description

Job title: AI/Software Engineering Intern Role Summary: Intern will design, develop, and test AI‑augmented software solutions, focusing on prompt engineering and workflow automation. Will collaborate with the engineering team to integrate databases, APIs, and AI frameworks into production‑ready applications. Expactations: Deliver code that meets functional and performance standards; participate in code reviews; document workflows and model tuning; demonstrate rapid learning and effective teamwork; present progress to stakeholders; adhere to security and data‑handling best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Build and test applications that integrate SQL/NoSQL databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, and AI frameworks. - Develop AI agents and end‑to‑end workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP concepts. - Craft and optimize prompts to improve model accuracy and relevance for business use cases. - Design, document, and refine data pipelines and workflow architectures. - Debug, tune performance, and validate deployed AI‑powered applications. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL database design, queries, and schema. - Proficient in Python with experience in Pandas, NumPy, and other data libraries. - Familiarity with AI prompt engineering techniques. - Experience or understanding of LangChain, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). - Solid problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and quick learning ability. - Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfortable working in a collaborative team. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a closely related field. - No specific certifications required.
