Job Description: **Job title** Sales Development Representative **Role Summary** Drive B2B customer acquisition through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting. Engage law, real‑estate, and corporate professionals to introduce a SaaS platform that provides legal and corporate data, building and nurturing a pipeline to support account executives. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed monthly outbound and inbound lead targets. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM records (HubSpot) and report KPI metrics with precision. - Demonstrate consistent growth in qualified leads over time. **Key Responsibilities** - Qualify incoming leads for hand‑off to account executives. - Identify, research, and contact new prospects (law firms, SMEs, legaltechs, institutions). - Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and tailor messaging. - Educate prospects on platform benefits and value proposition. - Update CRM with prospect interactions, notes, and status. - Track and report on KPI metrics, adjusting tactics as needed. - Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine messaging and positioning. **Required Skills** - 2–3 years B2B prospecting or client‑relations experience, ideally in SaaS, data, or legaltech. - Strong verbal and written communication; persuasive with a consultative approach. - Comfortable with technical products; eager to learn legal and data domains. - Proficient in prospecting tools and CRM (HubSpot). - Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to manage a high‑volume outreach cadence. - Excellent listening skills, empathy, and consultative selling. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience). - Degree in law, legal studies, or related field is preferred, but not mandatory. - No specific certifications required; demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge of legal data is valued.
