Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Development Representative **Role Summary:** Identify, qualify, and nurture new B2B SaaS leads in the French market. Build a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, support product demonstrations, and collaborate with Sales and Account Management to convert qualified prospects into customers. **Expectations:** - 3–5 years experience in BDR or similar B2B/SaaS sales role. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs. - Strong understanding of corporate processes, functions, and organizational structures. - Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken). - Positive, energetic, with strong listening and writing skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research and identify potential customers in France to create a strong pipeline. - Initiate contact via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. - Qualify leads by assessing prospects’ needs and determining fit for the SaaS solution. - Prepare and deliver product presentations and demos to showcase value. - Maintain accurate data and activity logs in CRM. - Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition to the customer success lifecycle. **Required Skills:** - B2B sales proficiency and prospecting experience. - Excellent communication (French and English). - Phone etiquette, persuasive listening, and enquiry handling. - Ability to formulate and execute sales strategies. - Collaboration and internal stakeholder engagement. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. - No specific industry certification required, but knowledge of SaaS sales processes is advantageous.
